Elderberry should be taken to prevent colds however, you can take it while you have any type of flu symptom.

Elderberries, sarsaparilla, wild cherry bark, mullein, cloves, star anise, cinnamon, ginger, key lime & honey.

* If you are vegan we can substitute it for Agave.

What to do upon receving it?

*Store in refrigerator for up to 3 months.

Dosage?

* Kids over age 1- 1 TSP

*Adults- 1 Tablespoon 2x daily or up to 4 times daily when sick.
